Our labels
Organic agriculture | Ecocert - Qualité-France | FNIVAB
Our eight wine growers all display the AB label for organic agriculture.

But what does the AB label really mean?
After the Second World War, the notion of organic agriculture appeared
in France, and was officially recognized in 1980 in France, thanks to
the LOA law.
The term “Organic Agriculture” appeared in European regulations in 1991, since then organic methods of production have been official. AB means:
- No use of synthetic chemicals, GMOs, pesticide, fungicide and weed killer
- Minimal processing: our wines would exclusively include organic agricultural ingredients
- Only organic substances are added and defined in the current European rules
